How is MatchNest different from Roomi, Bunky, or Craigslist?
Those are listings or swipe queues — you’re on your own to vet, message, and pray. MatchNest is a service. A real human reviews every profile, makes the introduction, and stays on call afterward.
How much does it cost?
Tenants are free during early access. After early access we charge a small one-time fee per successful match — pricing posted before you commit. Property managers are billed on a partnership basis; book a call.
How long does matching take?
Most matches land within 48 hours of completing intake. Smaller markets or unusual move-in windows can take longer — we’ll always tell you up front if we don’t have a strong candidate yet.
What cities are you in?
Tampa, Gainesville, Madison, Atlanta, Charleston, Miami, New York, Washington DC, and Boca Raton — and growing. Don’t see your city? Fill out the intake anyway; we expand based on demand.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes — that’s the heart of the business. From single properties to national portfolios, we pair compatibility matching with your existing leasing pipeline. Visit our property managers page to learn more.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your intake stays internal until you give us the green light to share a profile with a potential match. We never publish your data, sell it, or share it with property managers without your consent.
What if my match doesn’t work out?
Email us. We re-match at no additional cost if the introduction doesn’t pan out before signing. Once you’re in a lease, we’ll still help mediate or rematch — that’s the concierge part.
Ready for a roommate you actually like?
Two minutes of intake. A real human on the other side. Matched in 48 hours.
